MCS staff and students honored 5th Grade Teacher and cancer survivor, Denise Huett, as they joined her in participating in the Making Strides for Cancer Walk in downtown Mobile on October 29, 2011. The walk originated at Bienville Square and wound through the streets of Mobile for 5 miles. MCS Cheerleaders were stationed at Mile Marker 2 to cheer the participants on to the finish line.
